ESDESCON LLC was founded in 2018.
Our company is the official representative of 148-year-old MAURER (Germany), 55-year-old KINEMETRICS (USA), 160-year-old DYWIDAG (Germany), 70-year-old NOE (Germany), and 37-year-old SHINDO (South Korea) in Azerbaijan.
One of the key areas of activity of our company is the provision of seismic protection for all types of construction projects and the installation of seismic monitoring systems for such projects. We can implement seismic protection systems for individual residential homes, villas, schools, administrative and office buildings, hospitals, high-rise buildings, towers, and other structures (wind turbines, flagpoles, etc.).
Along with the aforementioned structures, we also install seismic monitoring systems for dams, HPPs, TPPs, NPPs, strategic enterprises, and factories.
Another area of our expertise is providing the necessary products and services to transform structures into safer, stronger, and smarter constructions. Within this framework, we offer a variety of products and corresponding services related to geotechnical solutions, post-tensioning systems, suspension cables, structural monitoring, and concrete technologies.
Another area of our activity is formwork products. We are engaged in the sale of all types of construction formwork, wooden beams, formwork support structures, and architectural formwork. We also sell specialized products for road infrastructure projects such as road safety products, safety barriers, impact absorption systems, etc.
The companies we represent have significant experience in their fields. Our factories operate in more than 10 countries worldwide. Our numerous engineering staff offer the most suitable engineering solutions, and we manufacture the respective products, ensuring system installation.
The founder and director of ESDESCON LLC is Safar Eyvazov. Safar Eyvazov is majoring in construction and has 19 years of work experience in the construction industry. Over the years, he has held various positions such as project manager and chief project manager, and continues working to this day. He has worked as a project manager for General Contractors on several special projects in our country. E.g., Property Tower (the new administrative building of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy, opened in 2022, 130 m high, 33 floors), Baku Tower (the tallest building in the Caucasus, 277 m high, 52 floors), etc. Safar Eyvazov is also a member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).
